BackTrack is a pocket sized disc that uses GPS in its most basic format. With only two buttons, these little marvels mark your location and then lead you right back there with a basic arrow and distance readout. Much like Ron Popeil's rotisserie oven, you just "set it and forget it." Though the Bushnell literature indicates that they're perfect for "finding your car in a crowded parking lot," we tend to use them to find field cameras, base camp, remote airstrips, or rickety rope bridges. Now, if only it roasted chicken.
